six-sentence

This week in writing we wrote a six-sentence story about creating a character and adding detail. Our focus was on creating sentences. We learnt that the four critenia of a sentence are our sentence must have one idear. Our sentence must make sence. Our sentence starts with a capital letter. Our sentence leaves one space between each word.

kindness

today we made a peom about kindness.we did this peom because what happened on 16th of March.We did this for writing.First we brain stormed idears about kindness.Then we went to the mat and shared what we write on the pic.se of paper.The we made our peom

writing lipogram

Today in writing we used a picture prompt to crate a lipogram. A lipogram is a sentence without using one particular letter. we had to write one interesting sentence describing the picture without using the letter 'i'

we had to write about the prompt with the kids on the wing of the plane what I enjoyed was writing the story what I found challenging was making the colour of the text.😃😃😃😃😃😃

Hockey

Today we had peter from Canterbury Hockey visit us.In hockey we were learning about how to hold the hockey stick and the rules to the game.first we did dribbling.we had to imagine the ball was stuck to the hockey stick with  super glue.After that we learnt how to stop the ball and how to dodge other players.We had to control the ball at all times.lastly we played a game like ''Rob The Nest''.There was 4 groups we had to have a hockey then there was a hula hoop full of balls.If peter called your number you would come out and get a ball from the hula hoop with the hockey stick and bring it back to your hoop.If the balls run out you steal from an other team the winner is the team with the most balls.

 

All about me

We had to make a poster about ourselves. The easiest thing I made was me the actual person I also made a hat on top off my head because I love to wear hats.The hardest thing was making the apple tree's and the grass. I really enjoyed making this. I would like some feedback if possible.
